Nebraska Wireless Interoperable Network

The following memos have been sent to all emergency managers, county board chairs and village and city mayors in the state by the head of the State Patrol and the Adjutant General. The purpose is to solicit support for using a portion of the Homeland Security money coming to the state from the federal government for a statewide interoperable communications system.
